2024 MRA: Continued Improvement in All Areas

The Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) collects perception data in Leadership, Culture & Academics. The data reflects students, staff and parent perceptions and in LRSD is gathered annually in the spring each year.
In 2024, 2,833 students, staff and parents responded to the survey, which is up from approximately 2,400 respondents in 2023.

The biggest gains in the past year were noticed in our junior and senior high schools.
The perception survey asks respondents questions in these areas:
- Leadership: staff leadership, student leadership, family & community engagement
- Culture: supportive environment for staff, supportive environment for students
- Academics: empowering teachers, empowering learners, goal achievement
